**Return Policy**

4Tonight accepts returns of unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

**Return Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from signs of wear or direct skin contact

Because fit is very important, we recommend trying on items while wearing your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, items with signs of wear or direct skin contact will not be accepted.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Any returned item that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded and will be destroyed in-store.

**Shipping and Handling**

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Returns sent without prior authorization from **official@4tonight.shop** may be delayed and may not be eligible for a refund.
